Oil Spill at 33 Petrova: Trustee White asked the Village to clarify its communications with the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) regarding the oil spill at 33 Petrova Avenue.

The Board unanimously approved the following items:
Bill 60: Appointed three new members to the Climate Smart Communities Task Force
Bill 63: Approved Riverside Park use and alcohol sales for the 2025 Can-Am Rugby Carnival

Public Comments
Public questioned the Village’s due diligence in acquiring 33 Petrova without confirming cleanup of a known oil spill.
